SHIPPING POLICY:

Product usually ships within 24 hours. Ice Hole Power is not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address when you order!

SHIPPING DELAYS:

Most packages are delivered within 4-6 days shipping via USPS.

We are 100% at their mercy for packages arriving on time. Because of this, we do not guarantee package delivery times, and can't offer refunds on shipping due to a missed delivery expectation.

*Please note, that packages with lithium batteries can only travel via ground transit.

If an order comes in after noon on the day you ordered it might not go out until the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DUTIES/IMPORT:

We do ship to Canada. Canadian customers are able to purchase directly from our website and shipping charges are calculated at check out. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duty/VAT/Customs fees. Please note that shipments to Canada may take longer depending on locations. You must choose UPS standard as that is the only way we can ship international for Lithium Batteries

CUSTOM BOX REQUESTS:

We don't offer custom power box builds. If you have the wiring skills to create a custom box, you can request to purchase of an undrilled box. However, we are not able to provide wiring guidance on customer designed DIY projects.

UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCT OPTIONS PRIOR TO ORDERING:

If it is not an option in the kit, it's probably because it won't fit. For example, do not order the deluxe DIY kit and add the large glow cup to your order with hopes to use it on that box. It will not fit. If you have questions about components, please contact us prior to ordering.

PACKAGING:

We reuse as much shipping materials as we can. As such, you may receive used packaging material on some orders.

RETURN POLICY:

We'll accept any item back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be either unused, or in sellable condition. Customers are expected to cover shipping costs unless a mistake has been made on our end. We will refund your purchase minus what it cost us to ship it to you initially. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the items to be returned. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please e-mail us if you have questions, as we always want to make sure you're happy with your purchase!

WARRANTY:

We have a 2-year warranty our power boxes and batteries. This warranty is for product failure not related to dropping, running over, incorrect use of battery/chargers, or DIY projects wired incorrectly. Our customer support is excellent! We want you to have quality parts and be happy with your purchase. What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Fees for Canada orders.

Brokerage Fees
The brokerage fees are a processing fee charged by the shipping company. This fee includes filling in a customs form to indicate the contents and value of the shipment and calculating duty and taxes.

UPS
When UPS Customs Brokerage handles your imports, there is no Entry Preparation Fee for routine customs clearance of UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments, including up to five classification lines. Charges may apply for more complex customs clearance procedures.

USPS
For USPS, goods valued under 20 Canadian dollars are duty and excise tax exempt. Goods over 20 Canadian dollars will be subject to the applicable duties and excise taxes. Gift shipments received by mail that are valued under 60 Canadian dollars are duty and excise tax exempt. For all casual and commercial items valued under 1,600 Canadian dollars, Canada Post will collect the assessed duties and excise taxes and a handling fee of 5 Canadian dollars from the addressee. For Express Mail International items, the handling fee is 8 Canadian dollars. All commercial mail items over 1,600 Canadian dollars will be held by Canada Customs and Excise until proper invoice and accounting documentation is provided by the addressee. Taxes
Each item entering Canada will be charged GST (General Sales Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax - varies by province) based on the declared value.
Duties

Under NAFTA, items that are deemed manufactured in the US (and Mexico) are duty free. A duty (percentage) may be charged if the item is manufactured in another country.
