The Hobie battery mount is designed to fit behind the mast inside the front hatch.  Utilizing this space will still give you the ability to use the hatch liner without interfering with the battery.  We also give you the ability to add whatever components to the other side.  It fits all the FFS boxes or Yak Power switch module.
